PW SIMs – Terms and Conditions

Intro

These Terms and Conditions are the terms on which PW SIMs will supply services to you, the Customer. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order. These terms explain who we are, how we will provide the services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information.

1. Interpretation

Definitions used in these Terms include:

Applicable Law: The laws of England and Wales and any other laws and regulations that apply to providing or receiving Services.

Business Day: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Charges: Fees payable by the Customer including recurring, one-off, and variable charges.

Customer: The person purchasing services from PW SIMs.

Equipment: Items provided to use the services.

Service: The mobile or telecommunications service provided by PW SIMs.

Minimum Term: The minimum period agreed for the service.

2. Application of These Terms

These Terms apply to all PW SIMs services used for personal (not business) purposes.

PW SIMs is operated by PW17 PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore.

We provide mobile and SIM solutions internationally.

We are governed by English law for these Terms.

5. Your Right to Cancel

You have 14 days from the service start date or order confirmation to cancel your contract without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us via email or post. We will refund payments made, excluding services already used.

6. Contract Start and Duration

Your contract begins on the date stated in your order form and continues until either party ends it by giving written notice as per these terms.

7. Goods

If you order any goods (e.g., devices or accessories), you agree to comply with our Purchase of Goods Terms.

8. Subsidies

If PW SIMs offers you a subsidy (e.g., discounts or special pricing), specific subsidy terms may apply.

9. Services

Services will be made available on the agreed start date. Each service may have its own start date, which may be earlier or later than estimated.

10. Service Start and Changes

If you request to delay or change your service start date, we may adjust your charges or cancel the service. We may also make minor service changes to comply with legal or safety requirements.

11. Charges and Payment

You are responsible for all charges, whether you use the service or someone else does.

Charges include recurring, one-off, and usage-based fees.

Invoices are issued in GBP unless otherwise agreed.

Payment is due within 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Failure to pay may result in interest charges, service suspension, or debt recovery.

12. PW SIMs' Obligations

We will:

Provide services with reasonable care.

Comply with applicable laws.

Protect your personal data.

Maintain service security and access control.

13. Your Responsibilities

You must:

Provide accurate order information.

Co-operate with us.

Use services responsibly and not for resale.

Keep login and security information safe.

Ensure your devices are compatible.

14. Service Suspension

We may suspend your service for maintenance, security, law violations, or non-payment. You will still be liable for charges during suspension.

15. Limits on Our Responsibility

We are not liable for:

Losses unforeseeable at contract formation.

Business losses.

Losses not caused by our breach.

Our liability is not limited for death, personal injury, or breaches of data protection law.

16. Your Right to End the Contract

You may end the contract if:

We make a significant change to terms.

There’s an error in pricing or service description.

You have a legal right to do so.

You can also end it anytime with at least 30 days’ notice.

17. Our Right to End the Contract

We may end the contract if:

You fail to pay after being notified.

You breach terms.

Your minimum term has ended, with 30 days’ notice.

18. Termination Consequences

When the contract ends:

You must stop using services immediately.

All outstanding charges become payable.

Certain legal obligations will continue beyond termination.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
